Master Chocolatier Dominique Persoone is the star in the Belgian chocolate cosmos. Dominique is chef by education and for that reason he dares to combine in his chocolates olives and special vinegars, cheese and spices and a lot more.

He invented the chocolate sniffing machine, chocolate lipstick and chocolate body paint.

It started in 1958 and is hence one of the chocolate shops, longest established in Bruges.
